hi there
i started photoshop 3 weeks ago truth be told i have zero background in art colors lights n every thing like that i use photoshop to make anime sigs so i get a picture n i render it n i just start staring on it i dont know what to do with it , i saw many tuts but when i start executing i dont know why my renders dont allow me to do as in the tut plz help me coz this is really giving me a hard time :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Post some of your newest works so we can see whats going on.
 
I first started out by doing anime sigs and avatars lol....

I will look for some decent tuts for you.
 
Patience and practice are the keys to Ps mate.. As Paul said, post your works here and we would see where have you stopped and would guide you through... I would also search some tuts for you to follow and get back on track... // :thumbsup:
 
I think most of started with avatars and siggy, i used to do loads all the time here, i still play around with avatars lol.

signatures are still my main reason for photoshop
Just go to google image and search for photoshop signature tutorial
or search for that on deviant art

Your completely missing the point.

If this is truly Chris's work then it's a tragic waste of talent. He is (or was) flagrantly using someone else's copyrighted work and selling it!

Do you think that this is OK?

Now I'm really interested in seeing some original work from Chris. So far the image he posted here is the only other work of Chris's I have seen.

Yes, that is me, that was from a the ImDeity minecraft server I've played on.
I made the brock signature for one member there.

The other 3 siggies were for members of a different forum

Although you're mistaken in one thing, I never sold signatures, I make them for free.

I've never sold any signatures
Both on that site and on this, i've posted them from my photobucket account.
You can see in the link that the name of the account is chrixxis,
because chrisix was already taken >_<
If that is the only work you've seen so far, you should look at some others of me.

But now the important stuff.
Why would it be a waste of my talent?

Thanks Chris, I had missed this thread. I must say though, these works are a far cry from your sigs. I'd like to see you add the incredible abstract graphics you create in your sigs to your own creations.

Ok, this is the very last comment I'm going to make on this subject. Period.

Please let your talent stand on it's own merit and not at the expense of others work. When I compare what you have posted here to your sigs, it makes me wonder just how much of your sigs you may have also copied from others, hence, your true talent is lost to skepticism. If you want the comps, show us some amazing original work.
