Hi folks,

I have been dabbling with Photoshop for a few years now and know just enough to get me by. I was wondering how to go about creating the attached image. Any help would be appreciated.

I think you may need to expand your texture pack. Try subscribing to http://adobebloom.com and contacting them.

I know they offer a lot of upgrades from designers for Adobe Creative Suite.

I think the most simple way to make this, is to make a retangle and fill it using the gray color, use granulated texture (filter > texture > ...), and cloud texture too, so , for some details like the cracks, download the brushes in there : pt.all-free-download.com/photoshop-brushes/rachadura.html , and use it to finish this.
