Hi Guys. Let me dive straight into my problem. I want to create a layer out of a part of another layer. So there are 2 layers, but the picture still looks the same. The original layer is a picture of a guy in a garden. I want to cut the guy out and create a new layer out of him. I took the following steps.
- Used the pen-tool to make a path around the guy
- transformed the path into a selection
- created a new layer out of this selection
- placed the new layer (the cut-out guy) on top of the original layer (the rest of the picture)
The problem is that now I have a really thin white line around the new layer. How can I avoid this line/border?
I want this because I want to create a 3d effect in after effects later on (parallax effect).
