i have a question

i have save this as a pattern

then i filled a layer with it which is bigger

how can i make it seemless

I would expand the canvas until you can place 4 x your Original with a little extra gap
then you can fill in the mising parts with paint or "cloning" or "fill with content"

the new pattern is the part between the red lines

colleague is dead on. I tend to use the offset filter and clone stamp, or the spot healing brush and carefully recreate the pattern along the seams, I've done seamless AAF patterns and CSAT patterns with this method.
