I designed this adoption announcement for my friend's son . It's 11 x 14 and 300 dpi.. yet i got this message
"I downloaded the files and uploaded them to Costco. No matter what size from 4x6 on up to 11x14 i tried, it wants to crop them and cut off part of the design and says the resolution is too low- HELP!!!!"

Here is the link to design https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bz6UwZcSSVO1c2hKZWNvRGNxSmM/view?usp=sharing

Hi canuckschick.Could you also please link too the site your trying to upload your design to?

My default answer would be that the printerservice needs to trim the image somewhat. From what I can see of your design though it's 14,5 x 11,5 so I'm guessing you had considered this already.

[EDIT]

Link not required, found it http://www.costco.com/photo-center.html

Or so I'm guessing

Okay I can't reproduce this problem from my end.

I went to:

http://www.costco.com/photo-center.html
Clicked on get started
Upload photos (choose design provided by you)
Checked the little box beside the thumbnail saying carter.jpg [EDIT] I had to convert to jpg cause cosco didn't support pdf.
Then order selected prints
Checked the little box beside 11x14

This is what I got:
carterexplained.png

If I check every size this is what I get.
carterexplained2.png

So in my case 8x10 + 11x14 would print just fine.
I'm not saying this is the solution just how I did it.

Is this the product and solution you where seeking or was it something else?
