You want to change the color of the first Pigeon? Or do you want to add the wing shot and the eye shot?

IamSam , i wann edit my pigeon like other one.
I don t know how to make head right, curved wings , straight tail & right feet.
No eye shot !
Thank you!

OK, just so I'm clear, you want the first Pigeon image to be posed like the second Pigeon image?

Yes!
i cut the background but i dont know how that thigs ...curved wings, head right ...
please help me!
i dont find tutorial to learn.
thank you!

For the body, you can use the Liquify Tool.

For the tail.......maybe Puppet Warp.

The head could be replaced.

Are you familiar with the Liquid filter and Puppet Warp function?

No Alb68, i am beginner.
I know how to cut , to remove bakground and other little things.

Well this is something you need to learn how they work. Take the bird you want to change and put it on a layer with the one you want to use as a model underneath on another layer. Then on the top layer, take your magic wand tool set with contiguous checked and select the white in the top layer. Then hit Edit/Clear. This will allow you to see your model for reference,
Then go to Filter/ Liquify. Try experimenting there for a bit and see how close you can get to what you want. Try it

Another question ....how do i move those feet to look like these?
Thank you boys!

Your not bothering anyone at all. The two pigeons are standing differently, the first is standing tall and the other is a bit slouchy. You could always cut and switch the feet out.
