Can you make this into a video that would be helpful to me if you can

A video at this point would take a long while to create. If my written instruction is not working then I can stop if it's not helping you.

Once you have your selection of the tee, hit Cmd/Cntrl + C to copy.
Go to the other document (Rapunzel), create a new layer and hit Cmd/Cntrl + V to paste.

For any one who may have been following along, I will finish the written tut.

Next, we are going to address these areas.

Create a new layer between the tee layer and the Rapunzel layer.
I will call it the Clone Stamp layer or CSL.

Now select your Clone Stamp Tool and begin cloning in the missing information.
I usually run my CST's flow between 1% and 50%. Sample often!!
(If your not familiar with the Clone Stamp Tool, there are hundreds of video tutorials available to help)

Leave the tee layer on. Work slowly and sample often.
You will also have to use the Brush Tool as well.

How do you add the white BG layer

create a new layer and fill it with white. (make white your foreground color, then hit ALT+BACKSPACE together) If you hold down CTL while you click the Create New Layer icon in the layers palette, it creates a new layer below the currently highlighted layer.
