Gurus How to make these awesome looking patterns ?

There are many ways to create texture, but the ones in your post look like the standard ones that come with Photoshop. Copy your image onto a new layer and then select Filter>Texture. Once you are in the Texture menu, there are several texture alternatives, and each one has sliders to adjust the intensity and other aspects of the effect. If you select Filter>Texture>Texturizer, you then get four additional choices within that: brick, burlap, canvas, sandstone.

Hi balavalli
For #1 and #5 what you are seeing is a pixel noise pattern. There are many ways to recreate a similar to create such a pattern yet as Rich54 said, there are many ways to create great patterns.

For the image below, I provided the pixel pattern overlaid with the with the Layers Panel and the Levels Adjustment Layer.
1) Create 50% gray Layer as Smart Object and use the Add Noise filter (my example used monochrome, gaussian, at 30% for amount
2) Next layer up use Levels adjustment Layer with settings as shown.
3) Top Layer is pure white with Blend set to Dissolve and Opacity set to 90%

That should give you the basics on how to create a monochrome version of the pattern. Hope this helps some.
