how to make this erased transparent effect ?? Looks cool.See it its transparent png. Then you know what am asking for.Thank you

We'll use this image

beer_fisherman_fishing_boat_wine_glasses_evening_lake_table_80583_1600x1200.jpg

Open this image and apply a layer mask (1)
Press X on your keyboard to make black the foregroundcolor
Pick a 0 % hardness brush, fairly large (in this case 600 px) (2)
Go to the top left corner with that brush, press shift and hold it and move your brush to the top right corner

this is my effort i used the eraser tool and set the opacity & flow to the lowest.

Well, it depends on what you want to achieve actually.
I explained you the way to use a soft brush to 'erase' the top part of the image.
In your examples the transparacy texture isn't visible.
But if your goal was to soften the top and you're happy with it...
