Edge manipulation on merged image

Hi there,
can somebody help me out how I can focally adjust the brightness, intensity or smoothen at the edges of the single merged images. Currently some of the single images can be pointed out and that looks $QOZ%§I%U§QT

Just use the image upload for the PSD..............it may be too big, it will tell you. You may need an offsite file host.

As a matter of curiosity, what are we looking at? Emission from GFP in a microtomed slice prep? Actin and myosin? Abstract art? Give us a hint, LOL!
