I know this is going to be really simple for a lot of people, but it looks really cool and I wanted to know how they do it so maybe I can do some myself. Here is the picture i'm talking about :

Hello and welcome to PSG.
This is basically a drawing made with the Brush Tool.
Create a new layer above the original.
Select your Brush Tool. Set it to 100% opacity and fill, set the spacing to 1% and the hardness to 70% t0 80%.
then just draw in what you want.
Using the Brush Tool, draw in the black outlines.
Still using the Brush Tool, add in some shading.
Simple.
