Im wondering how Program and what Techniques are most likely used to create such pictures?

Or what program/techniqs do You prefe

Those look like professional photos, perhaps enhanced in places by Photoshop to show the insides empty.

May be vector tools,patterns and textures.There are plenty of good vector tools like Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw ,Freehand and Fireworks

I also think that the sample images provided by the OP are professional photos of the actual product that have been shopped in post.

But to answer your question, I would use Photoshop to simulate this type of image.
