i need help to color cange of this images

hi,
I need a help form photoshop expert,who can change this image color into 4 colors as in the last image i added.
actually i tries to do this by my own.but im failed :(

also i could glad for telling me how he/she did that color change.
im tried using hue/saturation tool,but it won't effect :(

Hi and welcome to PSG

Instead of H/S you could use a Color Fill adjustment layer
Here I took a sample color from the red using the eyedropper tool, next I made a selection with the pen tool and copied that to a new layer, then I added a color fill adjustment layer and clipped it to the layer below and changed the blend mode to multiply

Red Color Fill

You might want to try switching to LAB color mode and adding a curves adjustment..

but i would like to know actually when to use lab color mode & what is the real difference between them

One advantage with LAB is the that there is a separate channel just for lightness. Therefore you can alter colors far more easily. Sometimes it's useful to invert the object layer before applying the adjustments. In the shot below I inverted the original to reverse the highlights and shadows.
