How to make parallelogram and laying cover with many pages like this?
Anybody can tell me the main processing steps, or those functions that have to be used, so that I can search for tutorials to learn.

Hello and welcome to PSG.
Making a parallelogram is very simple. Create a rectangle with the Rectangle Tool.
Enter Free Transform (command/control + T), Right click and choose distort, then move the anchor points (handles) to where it forms a parallelogram.
(edit: as this is also a shape layer, you can use the Pen Tool or the Direct Selection Tool to manipulate the rectangle)
