Problem with using a photoshop video file.

After creating a animation for a video, I exported it to an video file to use with premier pro. However upon opening the clip in premier there is a line on the Right edge of the animation. It is not part of any layer and only shows up in premier. How do I get rid of this line? and what is causing it?
