Is this what you wanted?

Duplicate the grey rectangle and text layers, press Ctrl+ click on the blue rectangle layer to make a selection of it, then click back on the grey duplicate layer and press Ctrl+x. Now remove the layer effects and merge them. now right click on a layer with the original text and copy layer style and paste it onto the new layer. Remove the drop shadow from the blue box, as we now have a new drop shadow there from the grey boarder.

You should now be able to do the other one by yourself.

Remove the layer effects from the both text duplicates and the grey border. Merge them three so you get all the text and the grey boarder on one layer.
