Just wondering about Ram is your ram memory strained

Its weird because the video card never had that problem before..but thanks to your help I search out similar issues and fixed it. Just in case anyone has the problem in the future here is the solution.

Change the GPU Drawing Mode to Basic:

In Photoshop, choose Edit > Preferences > Performance.
Select Advanced Settings.
Choose Basic from the Drawing Mode pop-up menu.
Click OK to close the dialog boxes.
