Hello,
I am using Photokey to key out green screen and it turns out that the digital backdrop image file from Adobe was saved without color representation. I went into the "Convert to profile" to change it but Photokey still does not see all the colors. What else can I save the image to allow sRGB? I've attached a JPEG file of the backdrop. The file does not belong to me. I bought a digital backdrop disk off of Amazon. Since it didn't work, the seller refunded my money. I would like to get it to work.

The image you posted has a CMYK profile. (SWOP)

If you open it in Photoshop you can use IMAGE > Mode to set it to RGB, and then use 'Save For Web' to save it out in whichever format you need...ensuring that 'Convert to sRGB' is checked.

Regards.
MrToM.
