Every time I click an 'x' to close an open image in Photoshop, I always get a "Photoshop has stopped working." This is not the case on my other Optiplex 780 (I have two), only this one. The Event Viewer Reads:

Faulting application name: Photoshop.exe, version: 16.0.0.88, time stamp: 0x55681d39
Faulting module name: unknown, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x00000000
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x00000021063c19d8
Faulting process id: 0xd7c
Faulting application start time: 0x01d1c2c58ef6abbb
Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2015\Photoshop.exe
Faulting module path: unknown
Report Id: dbc9a93a-2eb8-11e6-aeb8-a4badbf6ce83

Any ideas on how I can fix this?

This problem usually occurs due to lack of memory (RAM) and cookies stored in photoshop. You can clear the cookies by using this steps give below

1) Go to Edit menu
2) Purge -- > Histories (This will clear the histories stored by photoshop)
