Running on a PC with Windows 7 64-bit, the oil paint screen is greyed out but if I click on ok the filter is applied to the image. See the attached scren. This was working fine until about a week ago. Any ideas anyone?

TIA,
Tom

Try resetting Photoshops preferences.

Start Photoshop and immediately hold down Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS X).

Then, click Yes to the message that reads, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop Settings file?"

Thanks for the reply. Yes, opencl is enabled, the driver is the latest and there is only one user account. A very strange situation....

Try creating a new user account and logging in with that account and then check PS, the link I provided will show you how to create a new logon account!
