Specific Insert glass of water into a picture

Hey,

I'd like to ask if anyone can insert a glass of water which the girl in the photo should hold in her left hand (instead of pointing with her fingers into the camera)? Any help would be much appreciated! Please notice that her nails are green, so the fingers on the glass should also be green or alternatively her nails on both hands should be unpainted - it's up to you since I don't know what's easier to make.
