Specific Increase the quality

Hi guys! Can you please increase the quality of this digital painting? I'm not satisfied with the colors and it has a little noise at some parts . Can you please fix the quality? (Sorry for my bad English)

There is limited things that can be done yet got better sharpness
and a bit more interest in the evening sky and best judgement on the rest. Hope that helps
