Specific Can you fix the area under my jaw

Hi, first time here, this pic makes it look like I have a double chin or something, is there any way to fix that, like making the jaw more pronounced or lightening the area underneath?

IMHO, the overhead light was a distraction so I cropped the photo to 4 x 6 as well.
