I am following the formula that so many nice folks on here helped me to make a reflection for some of my aircraft photos.
Normally, when I go to the "path blur" portion of my steps, when I hit the path blur tool, a button/bar is there for me to "click on" and drag the path blur down to the bottom, and for the life of me, I cannot find it any longer.
I even re-started Photoshop. Enclosed is a screen shot. Where have I gone wrong and how do I get that button/bar to pull down my image (the blur)?
