(NEED HELP) abstract acryl/oil painting effect

Hello :)

I'm going crazy with this one. I just can't figure out how this works :banghead:
I've tried with different brushes, but I don't know how to get this fluid effect with those vibrant colours.

I've been trying to figure it out for days now with no luck.

I'd be thankful for ANY tips, because I feel like I can't figure it out on my own :(

for the top one try the smudge tool, change settings increasing from low to high till you get what your looking for. 2nd one looks like custom brushes if done by digital painting, assumptions done looking at this from a works lap top, not got very good graphics on it.
