I totally forgot the last step on mine - reduce the opacity of your top layer so the halftone layer shows through!!!

Here's a quick and easy example. With your select photo, go to Image>Adjustments>invert. Then duplicate the layer. Turn off the top layer. On the bottom layer, go to Filter>Pixelate>Color Halftone. Mess with the settings to get the right size and color and look for your dots. My dots are...

Awesome. Thanks so much. Although, I do set my stroke alignment to center on the stroke palette, but it doesn't seem to get rid of the blunt stroke. Is there another setting I can mess with? Agent

Hello all. I have an issue with the pen tool. If you look at the image below, I draw the black outline with the pen tool. These are several shapes on top of each other. Sometimes, when I come to a point (see the blue arrows), then change the line direction, I get a flat, squared-off endpoint...

Logos should almost always be in vector format. Most printers will require a vector file format (such as EPS) for printing, silk screening, etc.

Unnatch, I don't know if there are any special filter add-ons you can get that will do that, but it looks to me like someone painted it manually. There are many water color and splatter brush packs you can buy for Photoshop, if you want to give it a try. Agent

Lemon, Since you don't have a drawing tablet, I would recommend creating and manipulating shapes to create the eyes. For example, a single mouseclick with your brush set at hard round, 100% opacity, will give you a perfectly round pupil. Try using the pen tool to draw out the almond-shaped...
