    I got this result using the deepart.io site. i cleaned up the background of the topaz preview and used my own sample of text and the left image is the result. it doesnt produce accurate results, but it may help? idk

    Unfortunately, i don't think that's possible. As you can see, no matter how darker we make the image, the details of their faces (especially on the little girl) simply aren't on the picture, meaning we cant make them them more visible, because they just arent there. The only way would be to draw...

    Specific Color change request

    I inverted the whole image (only luminosity, not color), then used select-> color range to select her skin color, and used the selection as the mask for the inverted layer (with the original underneath)
