    If this was a picture from a mobile to the original it's a poor way to go about it, for the best quality have a scan set to high DPI so we can work with as much data as possible.

    I called a buddy and send him one of the pictures, yes they can be fixed but they have to manually be edited in a HEX editor and will take a lot of time to recover as they have to be manually edited.

    Data is there for sure but can't seem to access it, in photoshop it shows corrupted but if you compress it in a winrar file and open it from there for a millisecond it shows normal.
