    Thank you, nb6689 ! :) For some reason I seem to have landed in the beauty retouching business, so I did that first and exaggerated it a bit. From there made a cut out, combined it with some stock image background, a couple of cut outs of hair patches from other images, more stocks with swirls...

    I have no experience of the apps $1r_M4x1mu$ is recommending but a general rule with increasing size of bitmap images in PhS is that you can get away with around +10 %. More than that and it starts "cracking up".
