I was messing around with this a while ago.

It was supposed to be for a government alert system over text message and e-mail.

I don't think I ever submitted it.

Any thoughts, if I were going to?

I think I left some empty space in case there was going to be text or something.

It means the image is all wrong and why the OP walked away from it and moved onto to newer projects, self explanatory really?
