Hello,
CEO of this company asked for building to removed from this company group photo. I decided it would be best to change the background out with a new photo of a beach or something. So ideally what one would do is mask out everything behind the bushes (the bushes act as a good transition to separate the foreground from the background) and change it out for a Florida beach photo.
Here is the .arw Sony raw file. Taken in SLog2 on the A6300 so adjust accordingly...

Also attached is a sample background image, which should work besides the smaller resolution. This was taken at Lido Beach in Florida, so if you can find a Florida beach photo that looks similar (similar lighting, bright blue ocean, bright sands?) go for it...
