I am trying to find out how to do something that I've noticed in Google. See the attached PDF for information and diagrams to explain my question.

When I save an image it is named "download.jpg". This is just a sample picture that I looked up on google for this example.

However, when I do a search google for image, it shows "justin bieber grammy 2017". Google uses this information for the search instead of the file name (or in most cases even what the image is).

When I download the image and look at the properties I don't see the words "justin bieber grammy 2017" anywhere.

My question is what is that information called and how do I add that to my photos?

You can look at the PDF I attached above to see the screen shots that goes with this question.
