Photo Edit Back in Time

This is the first image I've actually spent a number of hours on (9+) over two days.
Could you cast your eyes over it and let me know where improvements can be made (don't hold back).

Thank you to the community members who helped me in being able to accomplish this.

Nice work!
You can do the lower part of the bear hair by hair to finish the job XD.
I think it needs a diferent skin color, more red for sure.
You can add a bit of color to the eyes and try not to erase all the brightness on the iris.
As personal opinion i hate that rainbow jacket

Good Job! Maybe you could change the skin color a bit, and get those white hairs next to their roots (on the cheek). Also maybe add some color to his Eyebrows.

The skin colour was on my mind about changing. Is this any better?
I'll get round to the other adjustments later.
