Specific Balloon rotation or removal

Hello!
The golden 3 balloon in the background got turned around by the wind and we didn't notice until the next day when looking back at the pictures. I'm still quite novice and recreating the brick pattern is too hard for me to do.
If possible, please flip the 3 to the correct direction so the 30 reads correctly. If that's too hard, please remove the golden 30 balloons from the background all together.
This will be a great birthday present!

I think changing the brightness etc make look her a little bit desaturated, i used Babine work to add a little bit of colour on her skin.
