Specific Blaringly white hand and cracking nail polish

Hey there!

Just trying to get a nice food picture... Unfortunately, my shoddy nail polish job and uneven ( and super white) skin tones are killing me here. Can anyone help me out and make my hand and nail polish look pretty?
