Specific Can someone add bloom / light effect to these headlights?

Hello, nice to see a request area and folks helping out.

I'm look for adding a bloom affect to headlights and bottom led's. And maybe those slight color rings you see when looking at lights at the right angle.
Nothing over blown, just a little realism to the lights.

This is practice at Spa in Assetto Corsa
Hope it's fullscreen, it should be. (1920x1080)

(btw- this specific pp filter in AC didn't have bloom for lights up close)

Can you remove whats in the red. And tone down maybe %30 of whats on the bottom? But then again - not one big bloom but per light cluster? THANK YOU!
And the green circle at the bottom left looks kinda weirdly
I just don't want it to look shopped

And anyone else wanna give it a go? I figured more people would because its just that bloom effect, nothing major.
Would love to see some challengers!
