With respect to your request, many people will not take on a project sight-unseen. Don't take this wrong, but you must realize that they don't know you, they have no idea if you will be asking for something impossible, if you will be sending them porn, or a virus infected file, etc. I strongly suspect this is why you have not received any responses to your request. I realize that you said it was personal, but if you can be more specific in your description of the problem and the image to be worked on, and, in addition, post part of the image or a similar image, I suspect you will get a better response.
