Hi,

I wanted to ask if someone could help me with this photo.
I'd like to have a nice photo in my ID for once and the ones taken here in London are awful.
Not sure it will work with the quality of the photo quite low, but if someone could help me with removing the light rays from the photo, blending background to be light coloured and and adding a shoulder on the other side I'd be grateful.
I'm hopeless when it comes to photoshopping anything :|

If it doesn't work I would at least have a nice photo :)
 
ID photos have very strict requirements. Your head must be up, level, you can't smile, etc. so I don't think, even with the mods, this image would be suitable for ID.
 
Thats what I thought also. Pretty picture but the rules are so strict when it comes to photo ID as I found out myself. No retouching allowed or it will be rejected
