Specific Can someone make this look good in small size and tell what’s the font

On photoshop it was pixel when I tried and can someone tell me what’s the font?

The font is a modyfied Swis721 Hv BT.

Can you resize it for me so when I print it won’t be pixel? It didn’t work to me but I’m still kinda new here

I don't mind resizing it but be aware of the fact that the smaller the image is made, the more pixelated it becomes.
