Specific Can someone remove people from the background??

I am hoping to gift this as a Chirstmas present for someone and I need help! I would like the people to the right of the person in the photo removed please (the two standing and the head over the dog). Also, there is an arm/leg in the bottom right that I would like removed (the brown blob and pants). The person in the left of the photo by the water needs to stay in the picture though. I know its a lot.
