Specific Can someone swap in a new head for this photo?

Trying to mess with a friend and wanted to make this look more natural.... I tried myself but I cant make it blend in very well. I was trying to get the skin tone more like the new face as well instead of the original image.

I misread your request and got it backwards: I adjusted your friend's skin tone to match the basketball player.
I'll go back and see if I can do it the other way around, but since it's already done, here's this version.
