there is a short video clip (4 seconds long) with a paper and a name written on it (first name and surname). It has bad quality and i only can read a few letters. Can u make the name visible or tell me the name by using image editing?

I tried everything to make the image clearer, but nothing worked for me. I hope someone with more experience will be able to make this work.
