Specific Change Skin Tone To Match The Woman's Skin Tone.

I would like whoever does this to make my friend's head skin tone to be made the same skin tone as the woman body I have put on him. Also if possible, make it so the head and body look like one piece and not two. Thanks!

I know someone photoshopped the head on, but could anyone possibly give it some hair (preferably the hair from the original image) and make them look like a stripper or something of that (weird) nature (btw dont ask why I want this)?
