Change some colors at header

Here is:

I need to change the color of head for this man from silver to blue (but not too blue, something to fit with header).
But to maintain the overflow effect. (if possible)
 
You can try a hue/sat adjustment layer and use the mask to tone down or remove the color change from his face or any part of that image. The mask will work like any layer mask. Just be sure you use layer>adjustment layer, rather than image>adjustment.

You could also select the silver you want to change and do that as a hue/sat adjustment or color balance, etc. You might even try the photo filter adjustment. Sometimes that is a quick an easy way to make a subtle change.
 
Since this is a GIF where the frames are made from layers, your going to have to change every frame.
