Specific Change some Colors

Hello, I'd like to make a request

Change the
- Hair color to blue
- Eye color to brown
- Chest Armor to white (or blue, whichever looks better for you)

it's for a character of my table top rpg

Let us know if you need further changes. Hair has a Cyanish Blue tinge right now. For the person who made an attempt before me - I selected the desired regions and played with Colour Balance values, also changing Brightness/Contrast or Curves as applicable.
