Cheapest Devices that runs photoshop?

I have $370 to spend on a device and I'm looking to buy something that can use photoshop. Laptop, Tablet, anything.

Here is the list of minimum system requirements and recommended requirements for Photoshop on both Windows and Mac systems.
I suggest you use those requirements and look through the various refurbished systems offered by many vendors of both OS types and see what you can get.

I think there are cheaper laptops for sale that still works well with photoshop app. Try looking at amazon. Best of luck.
