Ok, I have been asked about where I get some of the line art for my work. Well most of the time I directly ask the artist who owns the piece for permission to color it. But there are times that I color manga that I bought, or the occasional scan online that looks really nice. How ever I do it, I always give artist credit. Those are the conditions I work with.
