Specific Create clouds

Hello,

I am looking for someone that can create brand new image of clouds over horizon. Here is a sample image.
Sorry that it has to be this image but I could not find anything similar. I merged pictures together to make it look like this. Do not mind the white and dark blue rectangles. Just take inspiration from the bottom part.






requirements:

• resolution: 4000x2000
• same proportion as as in the sample image (clouds on bottom and on top sky)
• colors somewhat same
