Specific Space Jam Logo Edit #2

My photoshop skills need a lot more improving... I want to recreate the Space Jam logo but have it say "Pilot Quality" to embroider on a jacket. It'd be awesome if you could somehow also get the "J" flipped around so the rings would look like a "Q". Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Here's a go. If anyone is wondering, the font I used is Xavier Sans Black. (If you have access to Lithos Black or Carmel Regular, those would probably work better.)

It's not perfect, but if no one else tries it, I think it will do.

Made a quick attempt on the output of @MentosCubing to make symmetry on the rainbow oval on the top right side.
