@Donegal22 here is my try. I did not try to change the thumb splint as that was not requested.
I just made changes based on my own judgement and you may or may not like the results yet thought it was worth sharing.

The one thing that bothered me the most was the camera distortion of the two. So first I attempted to repair that. Then I did the cosmetic surgery requested on both.
Dont have time right now but I do want to work on that thumb. And also some clothes adjustments. Tomorrow is another day...
